Getting lost in vibrant markets, contemplating the city from above and being surprised by its culture is a transformative experience. Then, we will enter the Khao Sok jungle, where every sound and reflection in the waters of Cheow Lan Lake will remind us how small we are in the midst of so much immensity. Sleeping under the starry sky and listening to the nocturnal fauna will connect us with the purest essence of the planet.
The journey continues in Krabi and Koh Lanta, where tranquility becomes our new rhythm. Kayaking through silent mangroves, feeling the sea breeze while exploring dreamy beaches and diving in crystal clear waters represents the true feeling of freedom. Here, time is diluted in endless sunsets and moments of pure peace. Every Thai smile, every exotic flavor and every unforgettable landscape will leave an indelible mark on us. We will return not only with photographs, but with memories that will accompany us forever. This trip is not just a journey, it is an experience that transforms us, inspires us and gives us a piece of Thai magic.
Day 1 - Heading to Thailand
Today our adventure begins. Our guide from The Genuine Travel Experience will be waiting for you at Madrid airport to accompany you throughout this immersive experience. With your help, we will head to the flight that will take us to Bangkok, the vibrant capital of Thailand.
During the journey, we will have time to relax, unwind, and mentally prepare for the exciting days ahead.
Once we land at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), we will go through immigration, collect our hand luggage and head to our private transport that will take us to our hotel in the heart of the city. After check-in, we will have time to rest or take a short evening walk in the surroundings.
We will return to the hotel where we will have a typical dinner of the area with local products
Day 2 - Uncovering the secrets of Bangkok
After a good night's sleep, we will wake up early and enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Our guide will pick you up to immerse ourselves in the authentic Bangkok in non-touristy neighborhoods. We will explore lesser-known areas, local markets and hidden temples, where we will be able to see the true essence of the city and its vibrant daily life as well as having lunch in one of the typical restaurants of the area.
In the afternoon, we will climb to the Mahanakhon Tower Viewpoint, the tallest skyscraper in Bangkok, to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city. From here, we will be able to take incredible photographs and walk on its iconic glass platform.
We will have the night free to explore the city further and enjoy the lively nightlife of Bangkok.
Upon returning to the Hotel we will enjoy a typical dinner. Once we finish we return to the accommodation to rest.
Day 3 - Towards the Khao Sok Jungle
After an invigorating breakfast we will temporarily say goodbye to Bangkok. Our Private Guide will accompany you to take the morning flight to Surat Thani. Upon landing, we will transfer you by car to Khao Sok National Park, a natural paradise with dreamlike landscapes.
Once settled in our jungle lodge, we can relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings. Once you are settled, we accompany you to have a typical meal. During the afternoon we will take a walk through the jungle to get to know its fauna and flora to observe the sounds and animals that emerge after sunset.
We return to the hotel to enjoy a typical dinner. At the end, we will head back to the accommodation to rest.
Day 4 - Cheow Lan Lake Adventure
After a delicious breakfast surrounded by nature, we will embark on a tour of Cheow Lan Lake, one of the most impressive natural wonders of Thailand. We will sail in a traditional boat between gigantic limestone formations and emerald waters.
During the tour, we will swim in the lake, visit impressive caves and go hiking through the jungle. After so much effort we will have lunch in a floating bungalow over the water, where we can relax before returning to our accommodation.
We return to the hotel to savor a typical dinner. Then, we return to the accommodation to rest.
Day 5 - From the jungle to the beach - Heading to Ao Nang
After breakfast, we will leave the jungle behind and head towards Krabi, specifically to the beautiful area of Ao Nang. During the drive we will enjoy the changing landscape, going from green mountains to the sea breeze.
Once in Ao Nang, we will settle into our hotel and have the afternoon free to relax on the beach and explore the small coastal town, but not before having lunch at a restaurant in the area. We can take the opportunity to enjoy a spectacular sunset on the beach and dine in a restaurant with sea views.
We return to the hotel to enjoy a traditional dinner. At the end, we will head to the accommodation to rest.
Day 6 - Kayak through the mangroves of Krabi
Today we have an aquatic adventure waiting for us. After breakfast, we will head to a mangrove area where we will go on a kayak excursion. During this experience, we will paddle between natural tunnels formed by mangrove roots, explore caves with ancient engravings, and see monkeys and other species in their natural habitat.
After the tour, we will have lunch in a typical restaurant and then have the afternoon free to continue enjoying the beaches of Ao Nang, to end the afternoon we will prepare for a traditional Thai massage, where we will feel how we relax and fill ourselves with energy.
We return to the hotel to taste a typical dinner. Afterwards, we move to the accommodation to rest.
Day 7 - Scouting Day in Ao Nang
After a delicious breakfast we will explore Ao Nang and take a boat to the famous Railay Beach. Upon arrival, we will enjoy free time to relax on the beach, swim in its crystal clear waters and then go to explore its caves.
We will visit the Princess Cave (Phra Nang Cave) and walk the trails in the area. Later, we will enjoy a beachfront lunch with local specialties.
In the afternoon, we will take the boat back to Ao Nang, where we will explore the area and visit local markets. Finally, we will return to the hotel to rest, but not before having a typical dinner.
Day 8 - From Ao Nang to Koh Lanta: A Journey Between Paradises
After breakfast, we say goodbye to Ao Nang and take a transfer to the island of Koh Lanta, a perfect paradise destination for those looking for tranquility and spectacular beaches.
Once we arrive on the island, we will have lunch in a restaurant in the area to taste the typical dishes. At the end we can relax on the beach and tour the area.
We will return to the hotel to enjoy a typical dinner. At the end, we will head back to the accommodation to rest.
Day 9 - A Day of Adventures and Experiences on Koh Lanta
After a light breakfast, we will depart for Mu Koh Lanta National Park, on the southern tip of the island. Upon arrival, we will pay the entrance fee and begin our visit with a hike to the iconic Tanod Lighthouse, from where we will enjoy spectacular views of the sea and the nearby islands.
As we leave the jungle, we will arrive at the beautiful Tanod beach, a paradisiacal corner of crystal clear waters where we can rest, swim and relax in the sun. We will spend some time enjoying the surroundings before heading to a local restaurant for lunch in front of the sea. There we will try some of the most traditional dishes of Thai cuisine.
After lunch, we will continue our adventure exploring Khao Mai Kaew Cave, a fascinating place with stalactite and stalagmite formations that will make us feel like true explorers.
We return to the hotel to savor a typical dinner. Then, we return to the accommodation to rest.
Day 10 - Phi Phi Islands Boat Tour
After a delicious breakfast, we say goodbye momentarily to Koh Lanta to embark on a special boat tour that will take us to discover some of its most iconic islands. We will sail to the impressive Phi Phi Islands, where we will marvel at their cliff landscapes and crystal clear waters.
We will continue to Maya Bay, the spectacular beach made famous by the movie The Beach. We will walk along its white sand and enjoy the paradisiacal environment before continuing our route.
Later, we will arrive at the Pileh lagoon, a place of turquoise waters surrounded by imposing rock formations.
At noon, we will pause to enjoy a typical Thai lunch in a spectacular setting. After our dining experience, we will continue exploring the islands and enjoying the sea until it is time to return to Koh Lanta.
We return to the hotel to enjoy a traditional dinner. At the end, we will head to the accommodation to rest.
Day 11 - Return to Bangkok
After breakfast we will take a flight to Bangkokl. Upon arrival we will head to the Tha Tiene Market and enjoy lunch with typical Thai dishes. At the end we will begin our walk exploring the Grand Palace, admiring its imposing architecture. Then, we will go to Wat Pho to see the impressive Reclining Buddha and tour its temples.
From there, we will walk to Tha Tien Pier, where we will enjoy the views of the Chao Phraya River and Wat Arun on the other side.
We will finish at Khao San Road, where we will relax, it will be a special afternoon, full of history and unforgettable moments.
We return to the hotel to taste a typical dinner. Afterwards, we move to the accommodation to rest.
Day 12 - Last day in Bangkok
Our last day in Thailand. Free day to take advantage of it for us, since tomorrow we will go to the airport for our return.
At noon, we will enjoy a typical Thai lunch, where we will taste traditional dishes full of authentic flavors of the region.
We return to the hotel to savor a typical dinner. Then, we return to the accommodation to rest.
Day 13 - Flight back to Madrid
After breakfast it will be time to return home. We will take our flight back to Madrid, taking with us unforgettable memories of this unique trip.
